It’s the holiday season and one thing many will do during this time is bake cookies. Cookies for parties, cookies for cookie exchanges, cookies for Santa Claus! It’s a tradition that many share.

My family loves to bake, during the Christmas season we’ve been known to make dozens upon dozens of fresh sweet goodness! We make our usual; no bake oatmeal and sugar cookies. We also like to try a new cookie or two.

We still plan on making a bunch of cookies this year, but it’ll look different – no cookie exchanges for us so we’ll just be freezing a lot of the stuff we bake.

HELPFUL KITCHEN TOOLS:

• Baking Sheets are usually pretty important when making cookies, unless you’re making no bake type cookies.
• Measuring Cups & Spoons, these are the ones I have and they’re great – cheap, functional, easy to clean and good quality.
• Mixer – A KitchenAid mixer is a must in my kitchen, it’s very convenient and easy. But if you don’t have the space, budget or ability then a hand mixer works just as great!
• Food Processor
• Mixing bowls – I absolutely love these mixing bowls.
