Why not switch things up a little on Taco Tuesday? Tacos are great and all but sometimes it is nice to change it up a bit and still keep the theme for the night. I love making easy meals, and I’m talking everything needs to be easy; clean up, prep, cooking and it done at the same time. This Taco Pasta is very simple to make, and definitely a crowd pleaser. This dish is great for the whole family and only spicy if you want it to be, you can add chopped jalapenos to only your bowl.

Go ahead and make some yummy Taco Pasta for your Tuesday night or maybe you need to bring a dish to a potluck. Let me know how you like it?

Cook noodles according to package and then strain when done. While noodles are cooking. Chop vegetables, and in a small bowl mix chili powder, cumin, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, oregano, cayenne pepper and black pepper together.

In a large frying pan over medium high heat brown ground beef for about 7-10 minutes.

Add vegetable oil, onions, tomatoes, green peppers to the pan with meat and cook for another 3-5 or until tender. Add tomato sauce, lime juice and seasoning, stir and cook for 3-4 more minutes and remove from heat.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix meat mixture in with the noodles and place into a large casserole dish. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and bake for 15 minutes.

Let sit for 5 minutes and then dish up. Garnish with cilantro and/or jalapeno.

People come in all shapes and sizes!

I was born naturally muscular, tall and big boned and with that came lots of teasing; \"shaped like a boy\", \"thunder thighs\", \"broad shoulders like a boy\", \"big hands\", \"giant\" were a few of the popular things I\'d hear.

To all you who teased and bullied me, thank you. Thank you for making my skin thick!

I love my thunder thighs, I love my broad shoulders, I love that I have muscle definition without working out, I love how tall I am...

And I hope you eventually found some peace and love for yourself!

We live in such a beautiful place and I\'m trying hard to get outside as much as possible this winter. 💚 This is usually the time I start feeling depressed, so I\'m very thankful for all the sun lately!

I\'m doing @mypeakchallenge #peakstreak this month to prep my body for another go at My Peak Challenge. 20 minutes a day of either walking, yoga or self care(face masks, bath, ect)

But I\'m so looking forward to the workouts, motivation and community again!

Hey all 🖤

Hope you all had a great holiday season! Last year was definitely a trying year and I\'m so looking forward to what 2021 has in store for us.

I\'m not making any resolutions or expectations for what the new year will hold. But last year did teach me I loved and want MORE of outdoor time, time with my family, time for myself, time in my garden and in the kitchen.
