Pregnancy Must Haves

Pregnancy can sometimes be overwhelming, uncomfortable, exhausting, and joyful all at the same time. Not one pregnancy is the same, even for the same person. And with each trimester comes all sorts of lovely symptoms. My pregnancy with my son was completely different than my current pregnancy(with a girl).
But with pretty much all pregnancies comes a couple basic needs/wants; that will make your day to day, the whole 9 months a lot easier! See below for all the Pregnancy Must Haves….
Burt’s Bees Belly Butter – This stuff has been wonderful this pregnancy, doesn’t leave your skin oily, doesn’t have an odor and one jar will last you the whole pregnancy. I know a lot of people suggest cocoa butter belly rub and I tried it with my first but it had such a bad odor to it, I only tried it once and had to throw it away.
Lotions – Any kind, just buy a big bottle of the stuff you like because you will go through it. Pregnancy dries out your skin so much.
Prenatal Vitamin – I prefer the chew-able kind, less likely to make you sick and it’s easy to take.
Pillow”S” or a pregnancy body pillow – on sale $48 – I know tons of people who LOVE the pregnancy body pillows. I’ve just been using an extra long pillow for my legs and my belly, but I do wish I would of tried one of these.
Face Wash – I love Clean & Clear Morning Burst! Again, pregnancy will have a toll on your skin. Some get glows, some get pimples. Either way you’ll want a great face wash.
Pregnancy/Baby Books – If you’re a first time Mom these can answer a lot of your questions and prepare you, with my first I read a ton of different books and these 411 were by far my favorite, they also have for toddler and older – Pregnancy/Childbirth $10 and Baby 411
Maternity Belt – These make great support for back pain or just growing stomach pains that we all experience.
Lemons(lemon water), candy to suck on, mints ~ to survive the first trimester!
Grabber – This is my new found love! My husband just picked me up one from the store for under $20. I’ve come to the point where it gets a little tricky to bend over. I will no longer have to look at that little piece of garbage on the floor, until someone else picks it up.
Reusable Water Bottle – You will likely drink a lot of water!
Panty Liners – This will come in the second/third trimester, baby gets big and presses on bladder. And if you’re new at this, ask any pregnant lady about sneezing. It is no joke! No matter how strong you believe your bladder is, chances are you will need that panty liner at least once.
What do you think of the list? Is there something you would add? I always love hearing about others must have products!
I am 23 weeks now and have recently noticed that bending over is just not what it used to be. It requires a much wider stance… 😂 I think the baby just does not like being compressed that way- need to send the hubby out for a grabber I guess!
