To live a zero waste lifestyle, is to eliminate sending to the landfill. Last year I made the decision to start focusing on living a more eco-friendly lifestyle. It’s definitely a process and I’m far from perfect. But the first step is acceptance and I realized we were just using too much plastic and it needed to stop. I’ve been eliminating food waste, switching to reusable things, learning how to properly recycle and how to treat our environment better. Once you get in that mind set, it does get easier.
