Slow Cooker Sweet & Tangy Meatballs
The slow cooker is a key essential for the kitchen, it makes cooking so easy and delicious! It’s convenient for busy households, perfect for any occasion and season. Cook the entire meal, just a side, main dish or dessert. You can even make drinks in the slow cooker. I love my slow cooker if you didn’t notice!
My family and I love making meatballs in the slow cooker, throw them in in the morning and come back later to delicious and hot meatballs. This is our go to recipe they are sweet, tangy and juicy. They also make a great food to bring to potlucks or serve at parties. Easily only takes you less than 5 minutes to prep and the slow cooker does the rest of the job. Only 5 ingredients and most of the ingredients you’ll find in your fridge.
Make your next crowd happy and whip these up for everyone!
In a small bowl you want to stir your mustard, bbq sauce, grape jelly, and sweet chili sauce until combined. Then place meatballs in the slow cooker and pour the sauce mix over. Stir the meatballs in the sauce so all the meatballs are covered with sauce.
Put the lid on your slow cooker and cook on slow for 4-6 hours. You can occasionally stir the meatballs if you want but it’s optional. Serve them warm. They taste amazing just plain and/or on a meatball sub.
*If you’d like to make this in an Instant Pot, place the sauce and meatballs in. Close lid and close vent. Set it on manual high pressure for 20 minutes and let it do a natural release.
