Trending this back to school season!
Can you believe it’s already back to school time? As most of us are wrapping up summer break, or maybe you just went back to school. It’s the time we all start back to school shopping, whether you have a kid starting kindergarten, or going off to college.
I’m still reeling at the fact that not only do I have a 2nd grader, but a SENIOR in high school!
Time is a thief!
As a seasoned Mom, I’ve learned quite a few tricks for back to school time. I’ve got a great check list of things you should do before the school year starts, go check it out.
As I’m preparing both my kids for the upcoming school year, my first step is always to go check what things will still work. Then, once I have a list of items they’ll need, I do a little search of what’s trending this year.

A backpack is an essential for every child, I’ve got some great picks on the storefront. If you’re looking for a great sports bag, or overnight bag – this Puma bag is trending.
Another essential for the school year is shoes, make sure your child has a successful and comfortable school year. But first take a look at your child’s shoe collection, will any of them still work, do they still have life in them. An essential shoe for any child, yes even teenagers, is tennis shoes. Be sure to take a look at your child’s bottoms, tops, and PE clothes – whether they wear school uniforms or not. Make sure they still fit, aren’t dirty, and no holes/missing buttons. There are so many cute trending pieces right now; checkered, animal print, and strips, oh my.
