Ingredients
2Tbspbutterolive oil can be subbed
1shallotdiced, 1/2 yellow or white onion can be subbed
1lbbrussels sproutshalved
4-6piecesbaconcooked & chopped
salt & pepper
3Tbspparmesan cheeseshredded
Instructions
In a large skillet melt your butter over medium high heat, and cook the diced shallot until tender.
Add your halved brussels sprouts to the skillet, put on the lid and let cook for about 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally until tender and browned.
Remove from heat, season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the bacon and parmesan on top and serve warm.
Notes
If you'd rather bake in the oven, preheat your oven to 425°. On a baking sheet drizzle olive oil, add brussel sprouts and roast until tender and browned. Bake around 12-15 minutes.
