Ingredients
16ozpastaelbow, shell, or similar
1cupsour cream
2cupsgruyere cheeseshredded, 6 oz
1/4cupmozzarella cheeseshredded
1cupcheddar cheeseshredded
1/2cupmilk
1tspdried parsley
1/4tsponion powder
Instructions
Cook pasta according to package, until al dente.
Meanwhile, preheat oven to 350°, and get all your cheeses shredded, if they aren't already. If you aren't using a dutch oven, get a 8x12 inch baking pan ready.
Carefully mix all your ingredients together in dutch oven, or baking dish.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and starting to brown. Let rest for 5 minutes until serving, enjoy!
Notes
This recipe works great for a dutch oven, as less dishes to wash. If you don’t own a dutch oven, then a baking dish works just as well. We’ve done both ways many times.
