The Best Baked Potatoes
This is the best way to bake potatoes; they are healthy, easy and taste amazing!
- Olive Oil
- 4 Potatoes (Yukon or Red is best but any will do) 1 whole potato per person
- Sea Salt & Pepper
Turn on your oven to 350°. Grab a size appropriate baking dish and drizzle or spray olive oil on the bottom.
Wash and cut your potatoes in half and place face down onto the olive oiled pan.
Drizzle or spray each potato with more olive oil, then sprinkle with sea salt and ground pepper over the potatoes.
Place the dish into the preheated oven and bake for 30-45 minutes, until the fork goes in easily.
*Yukon or red potatoes are the best choice for this recipe, but any will do. You want to make 1-2 small potatoes per person, depending on the appetite of the person.
* To Grill them: grab foil, spray with olive oil and either half the pieces or keep them full. Spray with more olive oil, sprinkle with sea salt and pepper. Wrap with foil and place in a preheated grill and cook for 45-60 minutes.
