Graham Cracker Cookies
A delicious sweet, buttery and crunchy cookie everyone will love. Very easy and quick to make, no experience needed.
- 12 graham crackers double
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- chopped walnuts optional
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
In a small sauce pan melt butter and sugar, once it's bubbling boil for 2 minutes.
Meanwhile line cookie sheet with 12 double graham crackers, place together touching.
Evenly pour butter sugar mixture over graham crackers and if you would like to sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
Bake for only 8 minutes at 325 degrees. Let cookies cool completely on pan before removing and eating them.
