Instant Pot Taco Soup
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 large onion
- 2 cans mexican stewed tomatoes undrained
- 1 can pinto beans undrained
- 1 small can diced green chilies undrained
- 1/2 cup canned corn drained
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Plug your instant pot in, spray the bottom with cooking spray, set to saute and throw in your chopped onions and ground beef.
- After you've browned your ground beef add all your ingredients; corn, stewed tomatoes, beans, green chilies, and seasoning. Mix all your ingredients, close the lid and turn the valve to sealing. Pressure cook on low for 30 minutes.
- Let it release the pressure naturally or wait 10 minutes and carefully switch the valve to venting. Scoop into bowls and garnish with toppings of choice and enjoy!
