Cut chicken into 1 inch pieces and in a small bowl mix turmeric, all spice, paprika, salt and pepper. Sprinkle seasoning over chicken. Prepare all vegetables and set aside.
Drizzle a little olive oil into instant pot and turn on the saute setting. Add chicken and cook 5-7 minutes until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Remove chicken from pot, leaving any juice and set the chicken aside.
If needed add another drizzle of oil and saute vegetables for 3-5 minutes until softened.
When the vegetables are done cooking, pour the chicken broth, chicken, lemon juice and orzo into the pot and stir to combine.
Close lid and valve to "sealing". Set the instant pot to manual high for 4 minutes. Let it slow release for at least 10 minutes before carefully opening and serving.
