Once Again Nut Butter‘s an employee-owned company that manufactures nut butters, seed butters, and honeys since 1976. They are gluten-free certified, non-GMO verified, certified organic, vegan, and kosher – and follows Fair Trade and Sustainability standards for their farm partners, suppliers, and prices.
We’ve tried a couple of the Once Again products, all have been tasty and high quality ingredients with peanut butter being my favorite. Recently we were sent the Once Again Amoré Hazelnut Spread and we immediately devoured it up!
Their Amorè Hazelnut Spread is made with no artificial flavors, colors or hydrogenated oils. High in protein and fiber, fewer calories, and less saturated fat than the leading hazelnut spread. One of the selling points for me is that it has less added sugar then leading hazelnut spread. We love that – okay I love that the hazelnut spread taste a lot like chocolate sauce and my son can’t tell the difference. It’s impossible to get him to eat nuts but he loves this stuff, I haven’t told him what it’s made from. We’ve added it to fresh fruit, ice cream, and cookies so far. He’s loved making his after school snack all on his own; strawberries, whip cream and “chocolate” drizzled on. One of my favorites has been adding a tablespoon or two into the peanut butter cookie mix – yum! What would you make with the Once Again Amorè Hazelnut Spread? Go to their recipe page for more inspiration, I’m thinking we’re going to make those brownies next(only 4 ingredients).
Go enter Once Again Nut Butter’s Sweepstakes for your chance to win a 6-pack of Amoré Hazelnut Spread with Cocoa & Milk and a toy raccoon. Enter here between now and June 20th. Be sure to follow their Facebook page as they run giveaways all the time.

Fun little fact about the company; their raccoon logo, lovingly named Rocky after the famous Beatles song Rocky Raccoon, was inspired by four baby raccoons that were found on their factory grounds. They were raised on organic nut butters, then released back into the wild. How cute is that story?!
