Easy Banana Cream Pie Recipe

Sharing is caring!

I’ve always loved a pudding pie, when I was younger I have a strong memory of my uncle bringing a pudding pie to the family functions and all the kids would fight over a piece.

Pudding pies are so easy to make, only 4 ingredients and ready in under 15 minutes. The pudding box does have pie directions but I like my pie a little thicker. This banana cream pie is a favorite of everyone’s and can be enjoyed at any occasion, whether you’re going to a holiday party or just having a backyard barbecue. Banana dessert always taste good!

Making a banana pie is very easy and you need no experience in the kitchen. Get all your ingredients together, get out a medium size bowl, take the lid off the pie crust and set aside.

Measure out the milk and heavy whipping cream into the bowl, give it a quick stir. Slowly stir in the package of pudding and mix completely, about 2 minutes.

After the pudding mix is completely stirred in with the milk/cream, pour the pudding into the pie crust. Place the pie crust lid back on and refrigerate the pie for at least 10 minutes. You could easily freeze it too if you’d like.

Remove the pie from the fridge and enjoy! If your pie is frozen, give it a few minutes to thaw out. Optional, but you could place freshly sliced bananas on top.

I hope your family enjoys this Banana Cream Pie as much as mine, it’s the perfect dessert for your meal. It’s fluffy, light but still sweet and best of all extremely easy and quick to make.

Beautiful walk to the beach with the kids and dog! It was sunny, warm, spacious and just what we needed. AND there wasn't any complaining! Thankful for our gorgeous home & planet!

See that laptop and books right there?

Yeah, it's been sitting in that same spot untouched all day. Mason has completely hit his limit with this "distance learning". And I'll be honest I'm almost ready to call it summer break already(a month early)! It was going so well until about 2 weeks ago when his defiant personality decided it was done with this type of schooling, and depression and social anxiety in full swing! Isolation is so tough on ours/everyone's mental health and I don't know if we can take anymore of it!

2020 is the year I told myself I'd start focusing on a healthier lifestyle and one thing I've been working on is eating a plant based diet. I've still got a ways to go but I'll get there and so far I feel great! 🌳I've partnered with LightLife to bring you this post, but all opinions are my own. One thing I'm new to is tempeh, after eating the vegan tacos I made, I'm totally sold! I made these amazing tacos with sweet potatoes and Lightlife Original Tempeh. I didn't miss the meat at all!
🌳Tempeh can be used for a number of meals as a protein replacement, available for purchase at your local grocery store(I've found ours at Fred Meyer and @imperfectfoods ) typically for $3.49. Easy to prep, vegan certified, has a savory and slightly nutty flavor, non-GMO and 12g of protein.
