Dora and the Lost City of Gold is an action-adventure that the whole family will enjoy! When my son was younger he enjoyed watching Dora the Explorer; it was full of adventure, learning and a catchy tune. It was fun to go on an adventure again with Dora and see it come to life.

DORA AND THE LOST CITY OF GOLD – Having spent most of her life exploring the jungle with her parents, nothing could prepare Dora (Isabela Moner, Instant Family) for her biggest challenge yet – high school. When her parents mysteriously disappear while searching for the Lost City of Gold, Dora must swing into action and lead a group of ill-equipped high schoolers on a wild quest to save them. Hold on for a high stakes mission as Dora and her new friends navigate the jungle, outrun treasure hunters, and solve ancient puzzles to unlock the mystery of the fabled city.

Also starring Eugenio Derbez, Michael Peña, Eva Longoria, and Danny Trejo.

We really enjoyed Dora and the Lost City of Gold, it’s definitely a movie for the whole family. Although it doesn’t really hold the attention of babies and toddlers, it is appropriate for everyone. It’s nice to find a movie that doesn’t cuss, no sexual scenes or have fighting scenes and your preteen/teens will enjoy too. You’ll find yourself laughing throughout the movie, I laughed so hard out-loud at the beginning – you’ll know what part I’m talking about when you see it. They did great bringing Dora to life!
