The best chicken enchilada recipe, thanks Mom!! Very easy and everyone will love it.
1 lb chicken
2 cans (10 3/4 oz each) cream of chicken
16 oz sour cream
16 oz bag shredded cheddar cheese
4 oz can of chopped green chilies
Boil chicken in a pan of water til all done(usually around 30 min)
Shred chicken and mix with all other ingredients minus the shells 🙂
Roll mixture into tortilla shells, usually I will leave enough mix to put on top of the rolled shells but you don’t have to do it this way.
Bake in preheated 375 for 30-45 minutes
