Living a healthy lifestyle is a journey that I believe never ends, you are constantly learning new things about nutrition and your body. It’s been great reading and learning from the book, Always Eat After 7PM.

Like I’ve said when it comes to a diet, I’m a rule breaker so this book has been perfect for me. I’m able to indulge in foods I love and eat in the evening.  By focusing on my diet lately and following the Always Eat After 7PM phases I’ve been able to keep up with my kids more and less pain in my body. I’ve been more in-tune with my body and it feels great!

I’m proud to say that some of the stuff covered in the book are things I’ve learned from years of researching, with that said what an amazing resource this book is. So much wonderful information and facts all under one cover, no need to do all the digging.

There’s so many wonderful things I love about this book from all the health and nutrition knowledge, to the easy to follow meal plans for each phase.. Not to mention a whole section of recipes; meals, desserts, drinks. And edible recipes, non of that “forcing yourself to eat that” type of diet, if you get me? We’ve been able to try a few recipes so far but they all look delicious and I can’t wait to make them. I love dessert and it’s been awesome I can have it with this diet! These fruit mini tarts are yummy!
