It’s summer time, which means a lot of BBQing, cold foods, anything to not use the oven. I know I dread using the oven during the summer because we don’t have central air conditioning. If I do use it, it’s usually for baking something in the late evening hours. As much as I love BBQ foods, there’s also times where I don’t want it or maybe we need more propane. There’s also times where I want to spend my day at the beach and come home to a home-cooked meal still. That’s why I love my slow cooker and instant pot, because I can still have hot foods without using the oven.
