X-Men Apocalypse Movie Review

x-men apocalypse

With the emergence of the world’s first mutant, Apocalypse, the X-Men must unite to defeat his extinction level plan.

My family and I went to the movie theater on Tuesday and saw the new X-Men Apocalypse. I’ve always loved going to the movie theaters, it makes me so happy, when I was younger I worked at a theater and it was probably one of my favorite jobs free movies, the rush of happy folks. And I’ve loved the X-Men since I was a child, and each film keeps getting better and better! They did an amazing job on X-Men Apocalypse and we will definitely be buying it on blu-ray! The story line, costumes, makeup, cast, graphics… amazing! Mason loves the character QuickSilver and was laughing so hard the whole time.

Note to parents! Again Mason loved it but I’m a little iffy if he really should of seen it. The rating is PG-13, for sequences of violence, action and destruction, brief strong language and some suggestive images. The violence is your typical superhero action film, but there were a few parts that might scare real little ones. I was very surprised with the amount of language in the film and especially the scene where it was extremely quiet and the f-bomb flew and the audience laughed. Other than the language the movie was excellent!

Have you seen it yet? What’d you think?

#XMenApocalypse movie tickets were paid by me, all opinions are my own.
