The holidays can be a very busy time for families between work, school, and after school/work activities; it doesn’t leave much time family time. And that’s the best part about the holidays, is spending time with your loved ones!

Whether you only have an hour a week to spend time with your family or a whole weekend, there are so many ways to put your life on hold, and make memories that your whole family will remember.

  1. Sit down for dinner, put all electronics up
  2. Bundle up and take a stroll through the neighborhood and look at lights
  3. Put up decorations or lights, make paper snowflakes, decorate sugar cookies
  4. Make some popcorn and have a movie night
  5. Enjoy a bowl of Goldfish while listening to Christmas music

We try to make Sunday’s our family day, this past one was filled with holiday festivities. We put up Christmas decorations and lights outside, had our family photos done and enjoyed a bowl of Goldfish while listening to music! It was a perfect day in my book.
